Our medication management appointments are in-person, via phone calls, or via telehealth. Ensuring your convenience is very important to us!

Candace Thune, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

After nine years as a registered nurse in Critical Care and Labor & Delivery; I began the amazing journey of obtaining my master's in nursing. I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My passion is helping individuals manage their mental health needs by providing the correct medication and collaborative care with various providers creating streamlined care. My approach is centered on personalized, compassionate care. I work closely with each client to develop a tailored treatment plan that addresses their unique needs and goals. By integrating medication management with holistic, collaborative care strategies, I strive to create a cohesive and supportive environment for achieving optimal mental well-being.

Sabina Bonfadini, FNP, PMHNP-BC

Licensed in the state of Delaware and Maryland, I have more than 10 years experience in the medical field, 5 of which in behavioral health. If you are stressed, on edge, or feeling down and overwhelmed, let me help you make things better on your journey to wellness!
